Serving Guide
The number of servings shown for each cake are based on standard size slices for weddings and birthdays. Wedding cake tiers are normally 4" tall and the serving size is 1" X 2". The number of servings for wedding cakes does not include the top tier as this is normally saved for the Bride and Groom.
Birthday cake slices are larger and the exact dimensions vary depending on whether it is a round, square or tiered cake where each layer is 4" tall or if it's a slab or character style cake where the cake is 2" tall.
Pricing, Payment and terms
The prices on the website reflect standard flavours and include any icing flowers or ornaments we've provided. They do not include delivery, fresh flowers or a cake topper provided by the couple.
For birthdays and other social events full payment is required to book your cake. For weddings a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your cake with the balance due 2 weeks prior to your wedding. We accept cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard and email money transfer.
Delivery
An additional fee applies which varies depending on to where we are delivering. Delivery is usually required for wedding cakes and available for birthdays and other occasions.
Equipment deposit
A refundable deposit for the plates, pillars or stands used to set up wedding cakes is applicable. The deposit is refunded when the equipment is returned in good condition within three days of the wedding.
